Multilateral Project Agreement for the realization of the South–Western Cistercian route in Poland

This document was one of big milestone of the project and one cause of successful final of this project. It sets all rules and responsibilities of lead partner and partners in the project, range of partners activities, organization and internal communication plan, financial terms, information and promotion responsibilities and obligation of documentation, procedures.

CrossCulTour

The partnership of CrossCulTour developed and implemented eight transnational tools: Online Questionnaire, Knowledge Platform, Monitoring Scheme, Maps and Signs, two Summer Schools, CC Youth Course and Audio Guides. A sales manual as brochure and on CD, a travel magazine as e-paper and printed version as well as two business newsletters have been created. CrossCulTour has developed and implemented eight joint strategies resp. action plans.

KIRA Networking Table and Joint Platform

The networking table is a simple but effective instrument to bring various people working directly or indirectly in cultural tourism in a region together. The networking table is defined as a physical established meeting place where actors in cultural tourism meet on a regular basis. The objective is to turn actors in cultural tourism from competitors into partners in order to jointly create new products and services and to jointly develop cultural tourism offers.

GHA Trail Quality Branding

A criteria system with guidelines (e.g. ‘Leading Quality Trails – Best of Europe’) is an instrument to assess & certify the attractiveness of walking trails. The GI form is supported by a GHA brochure, the ERA guidance on trail marking and the presentation given in CERTESS Workshop 2 (Salzburg) in December 2012.
